Terms of Service

Our Commitment to Integrity

As the fourth tenet of Learning Isn't Linear is integrity, our Terms of Service (ToS) require that you purchase the specific license for which you are using the materials. We take intellectual property rights seriously and expect our users to do the same. Each product is hand-crafted and meticulously checked for quality, and we ask that you respect our work by choosing the appropriate license for your use case.

Licensing Tiers

Individual License

Permits use for personal or educational purposes (e.g., homeschooling your family or use in your specific classroom/classes as a teacher).

Institutional License

Permits use for your entire organization (e.g., school, university, institution) across multiple students, teachers, and classrooms.

If a "school" or "institution" is under an umbrella company or organization, each individual location must purchase its own license. A "school" or "institution" is defined as having its own unique building, name, address, or tax ID number.

Usage Restrictions:

By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the content. You may not resell, redistribute, or host these materials on public websites or shared drives accessible outside of your licensed group.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final for digital materials. Because these materials cannot be physically returned or verified as deleted, Learning Isn't Linear does not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. We ask that you review all product previews and descriptions carefully to ensure they align with your learning goals before purchasing. Contact us if you have questions.

Community Guidelines

We also ask you to adhere to our community guidelines, which are designed to maintain a respectful environment for all users. By accessing our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Pro-Tip for Educators: Keep your receipt! Licensed K-12 teachers may be eligible for the IRS Educator Expense Deduction. Homeschooling families: While federal rules differ, many states offer unique credits or deductions for educational materials—check your local state tax laws to see if you qualify!
